How to get interactive appointment inside the webinar?

In WebinarIgnition´s Live console On Air you can add:

Calendly Appointment calendar:

[advanced_iframe src="https://calendly.com/monika-schubert/erstgespraech?email={EMAIL}&name={FIRSTNAME}" width=”100%” height="70vh" transparency="true" use_shortcode_attributes_only=”true” scrolling="auto"]

In Calendly you copy the “Calendar link”, clean out the month “2025-05-29T03:00:00-05:00” and add it inside the shortcode above.
This shortcode please add in the CTA content (Visuell).
Enable the CTA and hit save.
If the height is to large, lower this value height=”65vh” vh (full height of the screen, 100vh whole height.)

If you need the last name, phone, answer text of the participant you can also pass them via the URL. Read here

We will add last name parameter in a future version. Please give us a hint if you urgently need it or need more parameters from the registration fields.
