Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WebinarIgnition website (webinarignition.com), the WebinarIgnition WordPress plugin (free and paid versions) and the WebinarIgnition AI assistant, including the MCP connector at mcp.webinarignition.com (together the “Service”). The Service is provided by Saleswonder LLC, 3833 Powerline Road, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, United States. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service helps you plan, write and run webinars on your own WordPress site. It includes: the website, the WordPress plugin (a free core and paid plans) and an AI assistant that helps you find webinar topics, writes texts (titles, invitations, reminders, follow-ups) and guides you through the technical setup on your own WordPress site.
2. License
The plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). The free core is open source. Paid plans provide additional features, updates, support and services on top of the GPL code. Buying a license gives you the right to use the premium features and to receive updates and support as described in the plan you purchased; it does not change the GPL nature of the code.
3. Plans, payments and refunds
Paid plans are sold and billed by our payment and licensing provider, Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices and plan details are shown on the pricing page before purchase. For refunds the following applies: You are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If during the next 30 days you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we will happily consider offering a full refund of your money. To submit a refund request, open a refund support ticket through the “Contact Us” in the plugin’s admin settings, and we will process it.
4. Using the AI assistant
The AI assistant is available in chat applications that support connectors (for example ChatGPT, Claude and similar) and through the MCP connector at mcp.webinarignition.com. The assistant generates suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing the generated texts before you publish or send them, and for complying with the laws that apply to your messages (for example advertising law and data protection law in your country).
5. Connecting your WordPress site
When you connect your WordPress site at the end of the assistant flow, you do so yourself and with your own consent: you log in to your site in your browser and grant access to the WebinarIgnition plugin. You are responsible for your WordPress site, your data and the permissions you grant. The Service does not store your access data on its servers (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Your content and your data
WebinarIgnition does not host your webinar content. Your webinars, registration pages, participant lists, uploads, live streams and recordings live on your own WordPress site and with the streaming provider you choose (for example 100ms or Digital Samba), not on our servers. You are solely responsible for your content, for having the necessary rights and consents, and for the content you send to your participants (including compliance with anti-spam and data protection law). The AI assistant processes only the chat content you provide to it in order to generate texts.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, not to misuse it (for example spam, scraping, reselling the Service, interfering with its operation or circumventing license limits), and to provide accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party providers for hosting, security/CDN, payments and licensing (Freemius) and text generation (DeepSeek). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. For the AI assistant, chat content is sent to the text-generation provider only to create the content you asked for.
9. Intellectual property
The website, the plugin, the templates and the tools are protected by copyright and other rights. The plugin code is available under GPLv2+ as described in section 2; our trademarks, logos and the compiled/branded parts of the Service remain our property. Content that you generate with the Service for your own webinars belongs to you.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect — always review it before use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saleswonder LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saleswonder LLC from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of a third party.
13. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; your own content on your WordPress site remains yours.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will notify you on this page. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
